Notty Award Winner 2024
What a night to remember! The Play Company International team swapped workwear for black tie as we attended The Nottys, a prestigious awards evening celebrating the very best in the industry. And guess what? We didn’t just attend—we walked away as winners!
The night was a whirlwind of excitement, starting with our team ( whom you can learn about here ) gathering together in our finest attire. It’s not every day we get to trade blueprints and brainstorming sessions for a red carpet and champagne flutes, but we embraced it in style.
As the awards were announced, we cheered and applauded the incredible achievements of other businesses—though let’s be honest, our table had a slight feeling of suspense. When Play Company International’s name was called, the room filled with our cheers (and maybe a little squeal from Claire and Eviee). Elliott took to the stage to accept the award on behalf of the entire team, delivering a heartfelt speech that reminded everyone why we do what we do: creating playful, innovative spaces that bring joy and excitement to communities around the world.
The rest of the evening was spent celebrating—networking with other industry leaders, reminiscing about some of our favorite projects, and making the most of the photo booth.
But let’s not forget what this award represents. It’s not just a shiny trophy to display in the office (although it does look very good on the shelf). It’s a recognition of the hard work, dedication, and creativity that our team puts into every single project. It’s a testament to the incredible clients and partners who trust us to bring their visions to life. And it’s a reminder that, as a team, we can achieve great things when we dream big and play even bigger.
